RIGOP General Counsel John Pagliarini – Public Comments On HAVA Compliance to RI Board Of Elections
John Pagliarini, in his capacity as general counsel for the Rhode Island Republican Party, spoke on behalf of and supported Ken Block’s complaint with the Department of Justice on non-compliance with the Help America Vote Act.
There are 143,000 alleged records of voters where a social security number or driver’s license data is missing.
Mr. Pagliarini suggests a political office candidate is disadvantaged where voter information qualifying that individual is missing and could possibly cancel out the vote of a legal registered citizen.
Commissioner Stephen P. Erickson insisted he be called Judge Erickson even in his position on the Rhode Island Board of Elections.
